We are seeking to recruit a full-time Information Technology Support Technician to join our growing team at Education Group OLYMPION.

Job Requirements
- Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees of the organization
- Responding to service requests and incidents via email, phone, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution to IT matters
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems, including hardware failures, software errors, and connectivity issues, through remote assistance or on-site visits
- Assisting in the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware and software applications
- Monitoring and maintaining the functionality of IT systems, performing routine checks and updates as needed
- Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment, multimedia devices, and classroom technology for instructional purposes
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, antivirus scans, and system backups, to ensure the reliability and security of IT systems
- Collaborating with other IT staff members and vendors to escalate and resolve IT technical issues
- Acquiring any other duties assigned by the management and are related to the activities of the IT Department
Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology Support Technician or a Certificate in Information Technology or a similar field, will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience as an Information Technology Support Technician or a similar role will also be condisered as an advantage
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
